Shipping Policy

Thank you for ordering from transit.

Pre-orders

The transit journal is currently available for pre-order and is in its final production stage. Pre-ordering reserves your journal from our first production run.

Pre-orders will not ship immediately. We currently anticipate beginning to ship orders in autumn 2026.

Production and shipping timelines are estimates and are subject to change. If there is a significant change to our anticipated shipping timeline, we'll notify affected customers by email with an updated estimate and information about their options.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping rates

Available shipping methods and applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times shown after an order has shipped are estimates provided by the applicable shipping carrier and aren't guaranteed. Carrier delays may occasionally occur outside of our control.

Incorrect addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact hello@transitstudio.co as soon as possible. We can't guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged or you experience an issue with your shipment, contact hello@transitstudio.co with your order number and relevant details so we can assist you.
